Earlier in her career, Melissa worked as an Operations Research Specialist with BCF Solutions Inc., providing advanced cost analytics and developing detailed estimates for defense efforts. She holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Risk Management and Insurance from Mississippi State University, where she graduated with honors.
